Jon Jones shows interest in fighting Stipe Miocic at heavyweight

UFC News – Jon Jones remains temporarily suspended by the Nevada Athletic Commission for his use of a banned substance earlier this year.

But that doesn’t mean “Bones” can’t get social media and MMA forums talking with his comments.

After watching Stipe Miocic finish Alistair Overeem to defend his UFC heavyweight title at UFC 203, Jones commented that a possible bout with Miocic would be a “challenge of a lifetime.”

Of course, he’s discussed the potential move to heavyweight before either on a full-time or fight-by-fight basis. First things, first are for Jones to be cleared and allowed to even fight again.

Also, he did correct his own mistake in the tweet, saying he meant “it” and not “I” before replying “Haha screw it, saying I works too.”
